Stephanie Brooks, a real estate veteran who has worked for Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty for nearly 15 years, has been named managing broker of the company’s Belle Meade office.
Born and raised in Colorado, Brooks moved to Nashville as a newlywed. She was working as a fitness coach when one of her clients convinced her to look into a real estate career with Zeitlin, which Brooks cites as “the best decision she’s ever made.”
Brooks has been immersed in the company throughout her tenure, most recently working in the relocation department, where she developed relationships with buyers, sellers and investors throughout the world. Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty CEO Jessica Averbuch said that Brooks is a loyal leader who exudes both knowledge and compassion.
“I am thrilled that Stephanie, a longtime agent, will be the managing broker of our Belle Meade office,” Averbuch said. “Stephanie’s dedication to professionalism, role with Greater Nashville REALTORS and involvement in the community make her an ideal leader. We could not be happier to have her on our team.”
Brooks says that this opportunity is truly a dream come true.
“When I began my real estate career, I never knew what my future would look like,” Brooks said. “Almost 15 years later, I’m honored to take on this new role. The Belle Meade office boasts powerhouse agents for whom I have great respect, and the staff is kind, fun and dedicated. I know this talented team will work together to achieve great success for our clients.”
Outside of work, Brooks serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Nashville REALTORS, where she has worked on the affordable housing, legislative and special events committees, and she also volunteers with Second Harvest Food Bank and Habitat for Humanity. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with family.
