Three Williamson County CEOs will serve on the Nashville Health Care Council

The CEOs of three Williamson County companies will serve on the board of directors of the Nashville Health Care Council starting this year.

These leaders were appointed to the board this year:

  • Stuart Clark, CEO, Premise Health
  • David Dill, President & CEO, LifePoint Health
  • Debra Osteen, CEO, Acadia Healthcare

The council’s board of directors already includes the CEOs from two Williamson County companies. Brookdale Senior Living CEO Cindy Baier and emids Technologies CEO Saurabh Sinha will continue serving on the board.

There are 30 board members total. HealthStream CEO Robert First Jr. will be the chairman of the board.

Both Osteen and Dill assumed their leadership roles at the end of 2018. Clark has served as Premise Health’s CEO since the company’s inception in 2014.

The Nashville Health Care Council is an association of several hundred health care organizations that aims to improve healthcare by catalyzing better leadership and innovation in the health care industry.
