Martin, a former resident of Spring Hill, was in Florida at the time of indictment and willingly returned to Spring Hill to turn himself in to authorities.

The full list of charges include solicitation to commit the rape of a child, three counts of soliciting the  sexual exploitation of a minor, soliciting to commit aggravated sexual battery, attempted aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery, and two counts of indecent exposure, according to Lt. Justin Whitwell with the Spring Hill Police Department.

Martin, 53, moved to a suburb of Nashville in 1997 to pursue a career in country music, where over the years he would open for artists such as Willie Nelson Charlie Daniels and Tanya Tucker, according to his bio. Martin released two albums, “All That I Am” in 2003, and “On My Way To You” in 2007, before breaking into reality television. His show “Brotherhood Outdoors” was recently renewed for a seventh season by the Sportsman Channel.

Spring Hill detectives had been working on this case for months according to Whitwell, with the arrest report currently still being completed. Martin is currently booked at the Williamson County Jail in Franklin, with bond information and further details unknown at this time.
